The Who’s On Call App allows all team members to open their smart device and see who is currently on call and assign themselves, or another team member, to take over the on call duty. The app connects instantly to the Broadsoft platform and allows calls to be directed to whoever has the skillset to handle the calls to that number. Team members can be assigned a single hotline or multiple hotlines based on their skillset.
Users can also define a schedule to automatically make changes based on days and times.
